Great updates & quick response time

Ketson was THE BEST. He was very personable, responsive and thorough throughout the home loan process. It was so great having updates of the loan process and it went so quickly. Thank you for helping us buy our first home!

Excellent communication and contact throughout the process

Mari communicates very well, is quite knowledgeable, provides good statistics and other technical information, is friendly and responsive.I have worked with Mari before when she was at another company.She is awesome to work with! Highly recommended....

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Process with New American Funding was simple and easy.

Was a poor loan process. Last minute requests that were avoidable. Little communication during the entire process. Not an issue with Robert specifically but the underwriting process

Matthew Novakoff felt like a friend during the whole process. Really outstanding process knowledge, attention to detail, compassion. Clearly a talented individual.
