I had to do a three way call 3 times and the last 3 way call took two hours. This delayed the loan.

Nancy worked really hard to make sure we got into our new home and was always professional and patient with the twists and turns sometimes the home buying process can bring. Thanks for everything Nancy!

Other than normal stressors and the under writer asking for ridiculous information, my overall experience with Shane and Michele was excellent! They answered all my questions and helped a ton with the whole process for a first time homebuyer....
