Everyone was very good at keeping me informed and kept my process always moving forward. Only downside was the Engineer that came to my home for the structural inspection. Way too expensive and I was charged twice, when he only came to my house...

Interest rate was better. Closing cost was supposed to be lot less than other bank I was looking at ( about same closing cost) didn’t even get to see closing cost til signing by then to late to question anything or it would delay closing.told...
