Don and Chad were good people to work with. My only negative feedback (put of their control) is the process is quite slow. Otherwise good experience.

Was able to provide a mortgage with favorable rates. I LOVE the concierge service. Such a great touch to help us connect with our utilities, and other things we needed for our new house.
