Communication was spotty at first and she was hard to get a hold of. I would have liked weekly updates. The closer we got to closing the more communicative she became. She really came through at the end though.

Working with both Matthew and Chad made our first home buying experience very easy when it came to dealing with NAF. It was great how they were both available to always answer any questions and all the work they did to make this all happen.
