Our questions were constantly not answered without having to repeat them in different ways. We were told by both of the people who were supposed to communicate with us that they would call back in x amount of time and we'd never hear from them...

They made the process very easy and I was never in the dark about anything that was happening, even my real estate agent talked about how she was very impressed with how quick everything was.
