The numbers that I was first given did not match the numbers at closing. Plus I'm setup to pay taxes that I do not owe. My escrow account is holding way more money than it needs and I don't have access to it.

Ease of process. Was expecting all sort of questions and documentation needed but except for the closing, the process was completely painless.
