There was a lacknof communication- i had to reach out to get uodates and then follow up after reaching out gor updates. The closing was delayed, the underwriter did not seem to make the file a priority until it was too late to close on time....

Kaitlyn Scalera was so wonderful to work with. From day one, her communication was top notch , she was always professional and transparent. Kaitlyn truly made this an incredibly positive home buying experience!
Kailyn was great in communicating and making a quick shift when loan changed to FHA from conventional.
She was able to help answer my questions and was available to discuss these whenever I needed any clarifications
