Better communication would have been appreciated . My loan took longer than expected to finish which hindered my buying process. Overall, my needs did not feel prioritized.

Marcelo is great at his work. After years of trying to dig myself out of a hole, he was the first person in the industry to give me a fighting chance and he let me do it on my own even though it would have e been easier with a coapplicant....
