I wish the team we had were more experienced, and didnt wait until the 99 yard line to tell us there were issues popping up that ended up delaying our closing and almost losing us our house.

There Should be a check list used for trailers and asked upfront for the information. This would provided a lot of unneeded stress. Lisa needs to relat relay issues with the process better and understand when someone is try g to help. Also...
