There were last minute delays. The upfront communication with myself and with the clients was confusing. Overall, not the best experience .
Absolute nightmare service. Erik told me he could get me a loan. He knew I was up against a deadline. He tells me get him all my info by morning. I spend 3 hours getting him all my info. Then NOTHING! I don't hear a word. I email him 3 times....

Efficient and timely! Erik came in and helped us close on time, after we switched lenders a week into the 30 day close.
