Art really helped to keep the ball rolling on the mortgage loan. Even when the loan processor did not respond to my email. Art reached out and got a response from the processor and was very helpful through the home purchasing process.
The loan officers were great, the loan processor was sometimes slow to answer. She asked for more documents almost until the last moment. There were some gaps that she waited to send asking more information.
