She was very helpful in getting information to us and answering questions. She would tell us anything we needed to submit to her and if we were missing anything.
Carrie helped ensure that the mortgage process was smooth. Whenever I had questions or concerns she was available to talk and she would either explain that a concern was not a problem or she would solve the problem.
