Carrie was always kind and patient. Her easy going and friendly manner enabled me to relax and understand the unfamiliar documents. She was always timely and professional. I feel so fortunate to have had her for my loan officer.

There were multiple hiccups with the sale of the property previously owned by the new owner/mortgagor. She helped us navigate those.
