Communication was limited. Felt manipulated into accepting rate buy down and the one meeting that we had was very rushed. I felt like he was really too busy to bother with me.
The professionalism and high quality communication I received from Sheena and her team was nothing short of perfection. I would happily refer her to anyone looking for a home.
