Other than the 2nd lien holder (certified funding) hiccups on closing day, the experience was rather seamless. Rick and Andy were diligent and engaged both on our end and the back office for the duration of the purchase experience.
Lauren and her team made this whole process a breeze for me. They were always communicating with me about anything that needed my attention. Wonderful Team!
It was the very last second when I had to get approval about my company still being in business even though I had provided all the material. I think the timing was bad half an hour before we were leaving to sign our final papers.
