Laura and the rest of the team at Highlands were great. They were quick, communicative, and helped make the process so easy. We’ve used Laura in the past for for mortgages, and she’s always fantastic.
Our process was 11 months long to close on our new Bloomfield home. During those months, whenever we had any questions or issues, everyone on her team was very nice, friendly, and patient.
They handled everything. They answered all my questions and made sure every step was taken care of.
