Sam and his team are a 10/10 ! From start to finish , he has been excellent to work with! Communication has been key through past transactions and his level of expertise really shows through it all! Wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

Sam was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the process. Additionally, the good-faith estimate schedules were easier to follow than those of the other lenders that I shopped with.
