Great communication, Scott and Traci are super nice and helpful, overall wonderful experience.
Most of the process was quite smooth, but some miscommunication happened when other team members were brought in between two loan applications and down payment gift options. It all worked out though.
Scott took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Both he and Traci were always available and quick to respond to me. They made the process smooth and efficient.
