Ian helped us with refinancing. I was offered a very good rate with options for lower closing costs. Communication was excellent and consistent. We closed very quickly with no issues at all.
Ian was great to work with. Answered all my questions and always there to help.
Ian was very prompt, proactive, organized, and a clear communicator. Can’t ask for more than that!

It was relatively uneventful. Tim was very good. Some of the other staff were less so but overall it was a good experience.
