Quick responses and good interest rate and lender costs
Ian provided with the updated quotes upon request before locking the rate and explained where the trend was heading. The digital app capability was also good.
Overall process and experience, start to finish, clear, easy to understand and follow. Ryan Bird and Trish String kept us informed and promptly answered questions throughout the process. Very satisfied. Thank you.
