Nothing to do with LO (Matt Howard), but underwriting was a bit of a pain in what they were asking for. It felt excessive given my provable income and credit rating.

Tim was a rockstar. There was a lady who played middle man for the underwriting team could have been a little more clear in her verbage per documentation requests, but everything went as we were told.
