Julie is excellent! Wuick Quick to respond with all questions. She mentioned i I would be notified if rates drop, if so we would like notified so we can refinance into lower rate :)

When an issue came up I felt that loan officer and assistant got kinda of rude and mouthy. I suggest that they work on that.
