Doug was very informative about everything from getting approved for the loan to closing on the house. I got all the info as soon as possible and he made it very easy for me.

The fact that she was willing to talk to me at late nights due to my schedule. If I had questions she'd always answer with a cheerful tone and never really made this hard for me to understand.
