Competent mortgage staff. If I could reverse this process that still has not been satsfied i would pull my loan.I even copied customer service on an email to the loan officer with my concerns and still no response. The mission states they cater...

after closing, we ended up mailing all the payment ourselves. We still have the wrong check made up to the wrong creditor. Unacceptable! ):
