This process was more difficult than it had to be. As an existing customer, this should have been much easier. Each time we had a discussion, the price of points on the loan went up. We got no benefit by staying with New American. Communication...

The process was a little long from start to finish my original loan officer unfortunately quit 3/4 through the process. So Charisse and Josh stepped in to close the deal. Appreciated there help with getting the final approval and funding.

Everything went smoothly! We were very happy that even while in Florida on our vacation we were able to meet with and get our final signing done and not have to push anything along further!

More frequent communication and updates on the loan process. Sometimes we never received a response to our questions. The whole process was too long and resulted in a higher interest rate than what we originally spoke with the first loan officer...
