Bob and the loan processor did an awesome job. It's just the process of getting a mortgage. The mountain of paper work and the constant need of documents.

Maybe not take 5 months to have refi'd the house. Granted, we had some issues with defaulted student loans, but as soon as we had things corrected, it was another week before we heard any updates.

Chris Davis always got back to me via phone call or email. We were working with another person who was bery very difficult to get an answer from but she is no longer with the company. Chris and Kylie were great.😊
