He is very knowlegeable and inviting. He is truly a understanding and patient man that loves his job.

Any questions we had were answered. We came in with a plan and Willard worked around it and we ended up saving money while getting a morgate payment we like for a house we love! Concierge service is helpful with deals that's hard to say no...

Things started a little slow due to Wilard being sick and Noah having to take over. I would recommend a little more commmuntication bertrween the team to us agents but overall Willard and his team pulled it off. I would do it again with Willard....

The people and service. Them taking the time to ensure the process was smooth.
