Humberto took his time and explained every process and every step along the process. He was quick to return my calls, which I made a few, and even stayed on the phone late to make sure I understood what the next step or even the present step...

I'm a first time home buyer so I really didn't know how the procces worked. Everyone that was involved in my loan process explained things in a clear and open way that I could easily understand. Made my experience worry free

Bob stayed in touch with the me and the buyer the entire process. The loan process all the way through closing went well. Hard off to his other team members as well, Rob Lease and Lindsey Bloomfield.
