Everything was going well and was told that this could close by the end of July! (mid August was expected) But then it kept getting pushed back and back and didn't close until the beginning of September - I wish that people would have communicated...

Humberto was very knowledgeable and efficient in our loan process.

Loan was able to funded in a timely manner. There was a disconnect towards the end only due to the time difference with the processing. All worked out and it was still a good experience.

The promptness of getting all my information processed.
