Better communication. By that I mean actually listening to what the borrower is saying as responding accordingly. It seemed several times we would communicate a need/request and the lender would just go on autopilot like we hadn’t said anything....

Matthew was easy to talk to and easy to understand. He did what he said he would. The whole process was quick and easy.

He was very helpful...and kept us informed all the way threw the process...He was alos very patient with us ..

Had some last minute snafus that Mitch and team worked to overcome and keep the closing on the same day.
