Matthew kleiner did what he said he would do when he said it would happen. Was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that may be thinking about a loan.

If my loan Officer was in the same time zone. I didn't feel like I was a top priority once the loan moved from Ted's hands to Tracey's. Was very unhappy with her communication or lack there of. Ted was awesome Tracey not so much.
