I would say, there was a lot of surprises that I was not expecting, and a lot of roadblocks that I had to work with the loan agent. I wish my agent would have tried to help me out better.

Loan Butler was clutch. Very easy compared to analog applications I've had to do in the past. Tenacity and follow through was also invaluable - making sure I was on top of the necessary tasks.

Lori Fetter is exactly the type of person you want on your side to walk you through the loan process. I felt like she was fighting for me every step of the way. Highly recommend Lori and the entire team at Ruoff mortgage!
