She was on top of things during a busy season for refinancing. Always there to answer questions and keep things moving.
Literally everything was great. I’ve never had so many people come together to help me get to closing on my home! I never thought this would be such a great experience and it really turned out to be the best!
The communication was poor. Never really new what was going on and why certain info was needed. Our situation was a little unique and i felt left out of the process. Could have had more contact , I am in customer service so I may be more critical....
