Initial response and information shared with the client was great as well as response times to provide a preapp letter AND to call the listing agent! The buyers felt a bit like there was a small communication lag, prior to the closing related...

Communication was great, everything was done in a reasonable time. I didn't have to resend very many documents. Successful and easy feeling close. Would recommend to future clients.
