Shawn was amazing but the organization of the team was poor and information was unclear and cumbersome. Shawn did a great job the rest of the team not so much.
Refinance process went very smooth.
Dwayne and his team were always readily available to answer questions and assist at every point of the refinance process. We were very pleased that the whole thing went so smoothly, and even more pleased to now have such a great, low rate!
I wish I could give Dwayne 100 stars for the level of service he provides. This is our second loan he has closed for us and each time he surpasses our expectations.
