John was always available and always returned phone calls in a very timely manner. John explained things to us so that we could understand what was going on with the loan, such as all the differnt fees.

Ken did a great job but we ran into all sorts of issues with the underwriters. They kept changing the demands from Jill and Me as well as my insurance agent. After 3 months they finally agreed about everything and then they needed more documentation...
