    Ken did a great job but we ran into all sorts of issues with the underwriters. They kept changing the demands from Jill and Me as well as my insurance agent. After 3 months they finally agreed about everything and then they needed more documentation...

    Ken was very cordial and very responsive no matter what day or time it was. He was very helpful at times when needed and overall just great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
