Everything was easy and just as he said upfront
You explained every step. Few times the same statements were requested And/or for straight 5 days we were downloading documents and sending. I wish the list was provided all at once. Overall, it was organized and the process was complete.

I don't blame you there. We have another regulation change coming with the appraisal which is going to make that cost go even higher. I know I'm old but I remember in 2006 range we could close a loan for $1600 in closing cost. Now ONE part...
