dennie is the man great guy very responsive
I was supported and guided the entire way, but the manner in which the support and guidance was given is what made the difference. True humanity is the best way I could describe it versus "stuffy" cordial formalities.

smooth from start to finish. except for a one-day delay in the closing, where I had to stay in hotel (out of state), everything else went fine. Thank you.
