Ken went above and beyond what i I expected to make the loan process work He is a great communicator and worked through a number of issues that were not normally involved in a loan extension
Very good at answer questions.. if I needed to talk about the loan are something that was regarding my loan he was very quick to make sure I knew what was going on..

He is such a professional. He walks you through each step of the process so you know what to expect and what to do. He makes an otherwise stressful and exhausting process simple and enjoyable. He will be the only loan officer i will ever use....
