    We had to submit same documents too many times. The loan process took way too long. Very dissatisfied with the fact that we weren't made aware of some closing cost until closing & we expected more "closing sacrifice" as well as "closing compensation"...

    Better communication between service providers at New American to lessen the amount of repeat questions. Better communication with escrow company.
