The whole process went well from the beginning. Unfortunately some hiccups occured during the closing process which caused some delays, but everything worked out at the end of the day.

Mark was always very quick to respond when we had questions and went out of his way to help us lock in the best APR when the market was going though a lot of turmoil in the beginning of the month.
