As a first-time home buyer, there were multiple times I felt overwhelmed or confused. Byron made every effort to help me understand and feel comfortable with my options. He was incredibly helpful.

David always is quick to explain and answer questions. Always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend David to anyone looking for a mortgage loan.

Had some miscommunication along the way, including title work that was thought to have been ordered but was never followed upon by anyone on the lending end. If I hadn't checked about 2 weeks before closing,I don't know how long this would...

Overall, this was a great experience, it was no pressure nor worries on our part. Chip and Paula were really great at calling and providing updates throughout this process. Any concerns we had was answered or solved within a timely manner....
