It was sometimes difficult to get ahold of her and get answers, and there were a lot of people talking to me during the loan process. I’m not sure if it’s because everyone was really busy, but it felt a little disorganized.
Employee processing paperwork prior to sending it to "underwriting" needs more training on how to process a loan on property in a trust, as well as how to access the appropriate information if needed.
