The ground rent situation was not handled efficiently considering it was mentioned before the loan application was submitted. The documents at closing were incomplete. Additional information had to be written in instead of just providing signatures....

Better communication, (I know Alex was away, so I don't blame him, the guy that took his place for a bit(Chad Davis) was not good. This whole process took way to long.

1st loan officer we were given gave us false info, when that person left Lauri took over and gave us the correct info. Not what we wanted to hear but I guess it was the correct info.
