It was memorabl, I never give the highest score possibl, I feel you can always make room for improvements. No one or company is perfect. I give people wiggle room. And the scores that I gave was the mark before the highest.

Jose told us that we would have immediate possession at closing. That was incorrect. Cindy was great but inconsistent with communication which made the experience a bit rough. Other than those things, we were just satisfied.
