Thank you Branden, you were easy to talk to and work with. Getting us everything as quickly as you did made the process go so much easier. Good luck with everything and keep me in mind if you need to refi again.
This could have been a very complicated transaction, but even though it took a few extra days, we closed, and my client was so grateful.

Megan and Bill were great. The only issue that needs tweaking is...... don't wait 4 days before closing ( including holiday weekend) that additional funds are needed. That made a lot of people mad and caused a lot more issues then it needed....
