    He made this refinance sweet and easy if I can give a promotion I will and a raise as well.. mark was on it.. every question I had he had an answer. Mark is the man I will highly recommend him to friends and family 👪

    While Ashley was knowledgeable and friendly; the details of timing and amount due to close were not accurate. Much of my disappointment also stems from the complete lack of communication from the loan processor Amber Montalvo.
