I think the overall communication was not that great there was long periods of time with no updates and uncertainty and during closing there was a lack of communication between myself, the finance department and the person doing the closing...

He did a fine job but there were sometimes where I felt email replying took pretty long. Always there if I called but email was a bit under expectations . and then I had to step up and challenge when he said he couldn’t give the level of discount...
