Jordan was great and made contact with me consistently. I always knew where we were with the lending in this transaction.

They kept losing things I sent. Asked for same stuff over and over. Forgot things. They told me I needed my well inspected AFTER they said I was approved. Called me on a Friday after 5pm. I got someone to come but took a long time. Heat index...

Shannon Durante made the experience great. She embraced me and my situation and worked thru it with me. She was compassionate and understanding.
